I opened my jar of Maple Java, took one sniff, and RAN for the fridge and the nice piece of fish I'd just bought at the grocery. Since then, I've also tried the blend on chicken, and on roasted butternut squash, and tonight in sweet potato fritters! it is delicious. The spicy, savory and sweet notes complement each other so nicely. I can't wait to introduce it to some other dishes. I'm thinking cauliflower, pork chops, or maybe rubbed on a beef roast. The jar is generously sized for the price too, so you have plenty to play with. So glad I bought an extra jar to give as a gift to my chef cousin. Highly recommend!! :)
