Great- just be ready to grind
Pleasantly warm and smoky flavor - excellent for eating flaked on avocado toast or sprinkled over your popcorn. I look forward to trying this salt on homemade caramels or topping crackers or cheese crisps. Do be aware that it is in fairly large grains, so you'll probably want to grind it in a salt mill or with a mortar and pestle before using it.
